Calculators
Calculators
Two straightforward tools: one to estimate repayments on a specific loan, and one to give you an indicative sense of borrowing capacity. Both are estimates, not offers.
Repayments
Home loan repayment calculator
Model a loan amount, interest rate, term and repayment frequency to see estimated repayments, the total amount paid and the estimated total interest.
Borrowing power
Borrowing power calculator
An indicative estimate of borrowing capacity based on the figures you enter. It is not a lender assessment, an approval, or an offer of credit.
How to read the results
What these numbers can and can’t tell you
-
They are estimates, not offers
No lender has assessed your circumstances. Results do not represent an approval, a pre-approval or an offer of credit.
-
They are not connected to live rates
You enter the rate. This site does not publish or quote lender interest rates, which change frequently.
-
Lender policy differs
Every lender applies its own credit policy, buffers, floor rates and expense benchmarks. Two lenders can reach very different conclusions.
-
Fees and costs are not included
Application, valuation, ongoing and government fees, plus lenders mortgage insurance where applicable, are excluded.
-
Your circumstances matter
Credit history, employment type, income structure and the property itself all affect a real assessment.
-
Use them as a starting point
They are useful for orientation and comparison. A conversation is what turns them into something you can act on.
